How do I log into my QuickFile account?

Hello, Ive been using QuickFile happily for a while. I have my account on my iPad. However, when I try to access my account using another device, I can’t.

I can access my account on the app but the functionality is restricted

Steps I’ve taken:
1.google search: login Quickfile
2.provide my email and go through security, (select images on “I’m not a robot” feature)
3. receive options to return to login or community etc

Every account has a separate login URL - you need to go to https://{yourbusiness}.quickfile.co.uk with whatever name you chose when you signed up.
