How do I pay the quick file subscription?

Hi, this is going to sound crazy but I can’t work out how to pay my subscription which is now required as I have gone in to the ‘L’ category…

I got to an area that seems to think I’m signing up as a new member and that’s clearly not what I need, I already have loads of data inputed and I really don’t want to loose any of it!

Hi @jon.nolan

There are 2 main ways to do this.

  1. When you log into your account, if you’re not in your deferral period, you will be prompted to pay for the subscription, there’s a payment button there (with the option to add additional subscriptions, if you wish)

  2. The other way, is if you’re in your deferral period, or if you wanted to optionally purchase the subscription, you can do so by going to Help >> Additional Services, and follow the instructions on screen.

Both options will take you through a card payment process.
