How do I print a purchase invoice to fit on A4 portrait?

Hi I am trying to print a purchase invoice on A4 portrait, currently the default is Landscape. changing the printer to portrait the width requires 2 pages.I cannot find any way to change the design so it will fit. Can any one help.

It shouldn’t be extending over 2 pages width wise. Are you able to provide me with a purchase invoice number please (starts #QF), and I’ll take a look for you?

I have tried 3 purchases the latest is QF00155

I’ve just downloaded and tried #QF00155, and it seems to appear fine. It’s A4 and portrait on one page.

How are you viewing the PDFs - do they open in Adobe Acrobat, or something like Google Chrome PDF viewer?

It was being opened by goggle. I forced it to open in adobe and it printed on one page.
