How do I record income from fundraising events

We are a registered charity and hold events from time to time to fundraise for our village hall. How do I record this income?

For fundraising income you would need to create a new nominal code in order to distinguish the income from other income, such as donations. You can then record the total sales for the event on one sales invoice.
