I hope someone can help. I am attempting to connect my Virgin Money M Business Account to Quickfile. I get the pop up for the Open Banking connection, but it does not specifiy the format of the customer ID I have with Virgin Money (I have had the account for almost 2 years now).
Having found some previous threads, I have selected the Virgin Money Merged Accounts option when prompted rather than the legacy. The login window presented makes mention of customer numbers of 10 digits in length, starting with 10, 30 or 90. My customer ID starts with a C, and is 9 digits in length.
Please can I have some assistance in activating the bank feed during my trial period?

Not sure if this helps, but I access the Virgin Money site through a different login window. Like I mentioned above, my customer ID does not start with a 10, 30 or 90, but a C, followed by 8 digits (therefore 9 in length), rather than the 10 your link requires.
