Stupid question but I have looked everywhere I can find to find out how to ask for a support ticket. Is this it?? It is not at all clear.

Just to add to my colleague’s post, general queries should be posted to the community forum. Support tickets are more for account specific queries (e.g. querying the data on your account, an access issue, or need to reveal potentially sensitive data in a screenshot).
If you were to post on the forum first and it should be a support ticket, we can move it to a ticket for you.
Hi and thank you Matthew. In this case, my request is account-specific: I have the wrong receipt attached to a QuickFile purchase and I need the QuickFile team to attach the correct receipt attached for tax purposes.
I will keep your advice in mind for the future though.

I responded earlier with the below.
I have just had the below reply back from the billing team.
I can see you have purchased 2 products from us, Bank Feeds and a Power user subscription.
They show separately on the Billing screen.
Both products listed have a link to the same invoice and transaction number as they were purchased together in the same card transaction.
