How do you record a receipt in quickfile app as paid?

Hi,
The quick file app is a great addition.
Especially to record receipts and no longer have them in a shoe box.
However the process is sending me round the bend.
I enter all the details in the app.
Then it says unpaid and there is no option to set it as paid.

I then have to go on my desktop to record it as paid.

Why is there no option just to do it all on the App.

It would also be a nice touch for the app to scan all the details of a reciept.

Let me know, maybe I am not doing it right.
