How I can enter old expense from 2014

Hi
I’m in the process of preparing self assessment for 2013-2014 and I’ve just found two small invoices from IT company, that were paid in cash from my own money (February 2014 - total £98).

How I can enter that invoices in to quickfile if they are 1 year old?

As long as you haven’t already run the year end journal there should be nothing stopping you entering invoices dated a year ago. If you paid with your own money just mark them as paid from the proprietor drawings account.
