Hi I have 4 business accounts on the account. For a year we have been able to synchronise two accounts. in the last few months we have added a Euro account and a USD account. it appears that only two accounts are allowed, is this so? when I revoke the accounts on QF and re activate them only two of the accounts become active, which two is random. is there a limit to the number of open banking feeds allowed?
You can connect as many accounts as you like
if they are all with one bank
Make sure the accounts are set up and have the correct currency in QuickFile first
You must connect all the feeds at the same time (it will only work if they are the same online banking accouint)
Go into Banking > Open banking feeds and revoke the existing feeds the connect again and authorise them all at the same time.
Thank you for the email, it looks s if the problem was at Barclays, they said it was fine but miraculously rectified itself over night
