Hi I joined this yesterday and added bank feeds but it does not give the main service I require which was to link to Amex card (seems the Amex mentioned was Amex bank?. How do I cancel and refund this, Im switching to Xero which offers this service
Did you search for “American Express” as well as “amex”? Only a smalll selection of the Yodlee options appear by default and the rest aren’t always under the search term you’d expect.
FWIW I’ve checked the Xero documentation and they don’t list amex as one of their “direct feeds” options which means that if they support it then it’ll be through the same Yodlee platform used by QuickFile.
Just to confirm what @ian_roberts mentions - Amex is supported through Yodlee, but you may need to do a search for it. Best way to do it is to use the login web address you would normally use, as this would find the best suited version for you.
