How to contact Quickfile and get response

I have been trying to contact someone at Quickfile for a week now without success. The Contact Us on websute does not get a response neither does Twitter. Anyone have a contact number please? None available on website, google etc. Thanks

We do not provide telephone support.

If you have a general query please post it on the forum or If you you are querying anything that is account specific or data sensitive please raise a support ticket or a private message to the support team.

Thanks for the quick reply. I stopped using my QF account in June as my accountants wanted me to use QuickBooks and link to them. But now I cannot access my QF data as showing Power User subs need paying. I understood that you could downgrade from PU to standard Free subs? I need to access my files today. Please advise what the situation is. Acct # 6131538997

Accounts with 1,000+ nominal ledger entries require a subscription to continue using QuickFile.

I have refreshed your account usage report on your account as their was over 200 transactions due to drop off the report in the next couple of days.

Your current nominal posting count now stands at 955 (under the threshold for our free tier)
You can view your account usage report here (Account Settings > All Settings > Account Usage report)

Please log off and back on to refresh your browser if you are still seeing the subscription required page.

Thanks - that has worked. To be honest I am not liking QB’s at all and find the interface confusing. I am thinking of cancelling with them and reverting back to QF.
