How do I create a report for all Task or Item subtotals across all or chosen invoices between chosen dates???

There isn’t a report that does this I’m afraid. There is a way to pick up quantities recorded if you use sales inventory, but no total value across a range of invoices.

I can get what I am looking for in Reports- Chart of Nominal Accounts. Unfortunately under Invoice Inventory Management, I have categorised both SALE ITEMS & SALE TASKS under the same category (General Sales)
I have changed all Sale Items under different category (General Export Sales [ just picked one] )
Now I can see subtotal under General Export Sales, but it seems it applied only to a few invoices.
Probably only invoices created after the category change, I am not sure.
Why the change I have made (Sale Items under different category) won’t applies to all invoices???
I have tried to modify an invoice and save it again but it won’t work. Any idea?

If you’ve just updated a sales inventory item, it doesn’t retrospectively update previously created invoices. It’s more of a template system to assist with quick invoice creation.
