How to enter a purchase

Sorry for basic questions, just entering my 1st purchase.
If an item was paid by my personal card i still enter the original vendor and choose director loan?
Together with the receipt do i also need to attach a bank statement from my personal credit card which shows that transaction being done? Or just receipt is ok?

If the item purchased is for the business the yes this is fine

If the item was purchased for personal use it should not be recorded in your company accounts

Thanks, sure, meaning for business of course.
Do i need also attach a bank statement or just receipt us fine?. Will be more huse to track back full year.
