Hi, i have bank loan on a commercial property. How do record the interest portion and capital repayment portion. Note that I also have residential mortgages and use 7903 Loan Interest. However, interest on commercial properties is treated differently from a tax perspective, so need differentiate this when submitting the MTD quarterly report.
