How to export all data (transactions, files, everything)

Hi,
i need to move on to another system and i need total backup o my account including single transaction of each bank + invoices which were uploaded.
I searched the topics, but none of them actually helps.

Could you plese help ?

Hi delan,
The easiest way to do it is to back up your data. You can use the link below (change company to your company) or go to Account Settings >> Weekly/Monthly Back-up. Fill everything to suit your needs and after a while you will get an email with all your data.

For your uploaded invoices, go to https://company.quickfile.co.uk/documents?o=0 (Account Settings >>Tools >> Document Manager) and you can download all your doc.

Thanks, this worked well for me !
How can i now close my account, and ask for a partial refund as i have not used whole year, just few weeks since i paid.

Closing account: Account Settings > All Settings > Clear all data in your account and tick the last red box too.
Refund? I don’t work for quickfile. QFMathew may can help with this question
