Hi, we are using a new payroll provider Brightpay for the new tax year 25/26. Brightpay reports it has successfully sent the data to Quickfile. Where would I find this, as it doesn’t seem to appear under ‘Journals’?.
All journals would appear under the “Journals” section.
If you’re not seeing it there, it may be worth querying it with Brightpay directly, just to make sure it was successfully sent to your QuickFile account.
Would the journal come across from Brightpay if the payment date is in a few days time?
