How to include salary in out goings

Hi All
I have just started to use Quickfile and need to enter salary as a payment as our accountant completes our pay role, I can find a heading in the drop down book any ideas on how I can create an heading for these payments any support is welcomed

Hi, QuickFile doesn’t have internal payroll module however we integrate with The Payroll Site.
