How to input transactions on the bank feed that have not been picked up by Quickfile

I bank with Barclays and transactions feed directly into my bank account in Quickfile. However, I have discovered 2 transactions (a payment and receipt) that have not been picked up in Quickfile, so there is a difference between the balance on my bank statements and the account in Quickfile.

Can anyone tell me how I can process these transactions, and has anyone had the same problem?

You can enter any transactions manually directly on the statement:

I’m not sure why two would be missed, was your feed paused at any point? Did they both occur on the same date?

Yes they both occurred on 7th October.
