I am able to link/tag receipts within the receipt hub for my current account transactions and create new purchases to add personal expenses to my directors loan account, however I can not tagged commercial card receipts to my commercial card transactions.
You can’t attach a file directly to a bank transaction, only to an invoice (either purchase or sales). Although this is the case, you can move a file in the receipt hub to another folder (see this page).
More recently we allowed custom folders in document manager area, so you could create a folder called “Commercial Card” and upload them there. There’s more info on custom folders, here
