I’ve invested money into my business so transferred it from my personal bank account to my business bank account but this was before I had bank feed set up so need to manually enter it. Could anyone tell me how to do that?

If you are a limited company, it’s just a bank transfer from the Director’s Loan Account (DLA).
If you are a sole trader, it’s just a bank transfer from the proprietor’s drawings account.
I found something in the Knowledgbase which may help you either way.
