How to restore a journal entry when deleted?

I have accidentally deleted a journal entry, which I can see now can’t be restored. How do I manually re-enter this please ?

Hi
In chart of accounts, click on New Journal at the top of the page, and enter all your details and save.

Or go into the account you want to have the entry and click on New Journal.

Hi I have done this but accidently deleted the bank feed journal entry and now my bank feed is wrong. I contacted my bank and they said they cant see anything wrong at their end so suggested contacting you. Please can you help
