How to seperate private use transction from business

Dear sir:

We’ve just made a purchase off Costco , which has our business credit card attached to the account, but we now do not want to sell this item through our Ltd company.

Do I banktranfer this amount to director loan account, for this,
but i found it increase the amount which ltd owe me ,really?
it should be i use ltd money and the ltd less owe me .

I’m really not sure of the best way to deal with it

so any suggestions would be much appreciated, thanks.

A positive balance on the DL account means you owe money to the company, a negative balance means the company owes you.

The american express money in sometime is refund.
