How to shorten accounting year?

Hello All,

I asked CH to change my accounting year end, from 31 Aug to 31 December.
My next accounting year end is 31 Dec 2019 , however, Quickfile does not allow for me to amend the current accounting year end as the date is in the past (2019).
I don’t understand.

Where can I set my accounting year end.

If you set the year end to this year (31 Dec 2020) then Quickfile works backwards from there and should automatically set your current year end to Dec 31 2019.
