HSBC - Bank Feed - Business, Error

Hi,
We are new to quickfile, i have set up the bank feed for quickfile. We have multiple accounts with them.
Savings
Current
Commercial Card.

When we get to the last step of the set up, you can select what bank account to link the feed to. But it shows only 1 bank account (Savings) and it doesn’t show the current account from the drop down selection.

Any idea why and how to fix?

If you log in directly to HSBC using the same username and password, do you see all the bank accounts that are missing?

Hi, Yes we do. Everything is there when logging directly into HSBC Business Banking
