HSBC Bank Feed doesn't find my account


I have paid for the bank feeds but I cannot log-in to my HSBC Business Account. The details I am entering is correct but it keeps saying it cannot find my account. Can I get some help please.

Can I firstly, confirm what type of feed you’re using please? Is it a Yodlee feed, for example?

Yes it is Yodlee. I paid the £18 to you for it.

Thanks for confirming. The subscription covers a range of feeds, not just Yodlee.

We’re actually trialling Open Banking at the moment, so I’ll send you a message now and see if we can get you switched over as this will be a better option.
