HSBC Bank Feed - Error Code 403

I’ve been using the bank feed with no problem for months but yesterday, I noticed last upload was 25/10/2018. I tried to do a bank feed refresh but I get an error code 403. It’s the same error code today.

What stage do you see this error? Is it before or after you enter a security code?

Are you able to log into your online banking as normal?

Thanks, it was before entering security code. It has worked once now, this afternoon. I’ll try again on Monday.
