HSBC Bank feed not loading transactions

Hi all, my Bank feed with a HSBC business account has stopped importing transactions for the last three weeks. I try manually refreshing and it says there are no transactions (which are clearly listed in my HSBC account). The authentication is well within date and I have just reorthenticated the feed which I hoped would solve the problem but didnt. Any ideas appreciated.

Hi,
Did you set the date when you tried to refresh the feed? With most banks you can go back as far as 21 days.

If that doesn’t work it may helps to delete/revoke the feed and connect it completely new.
