HSBC Business bank feed has not been working for last few days, any ideas?

Sorry to hear you’re having problems.
If you check the status of the bank feed (Banking >> Open Banking Feeds), are there any errors shown?
no errors, just says offline

That’s certainly odd. As far as we can see on our end, everything should be working.
Have you tried to disconnect and reconnect the feed? Sometimes that can solve the issue.

If you go to Banking >> Open Banking Feeds, you’ll see a “Revoke” button on the right hand side:
If you click this, it will completely remove the feed from your account. It only affects the link with the bank, your data will remain as it is.
You can then re-connect it and do a refresh once it’s linked.
