HSBC bank feed states 'active' but isn't working

Hi

We are new to Qucikfile and have set up the HSBC bank feed. The system states that it is working, however it is not pulling the transactions through.
Can anyone assist with how we can fix this? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
