Hi. Not been able to import transactions from HSBC Business Banking open banking feed since the end of February. Feed appears to be active (successfully re-authorised after last reminder) and manual refresh is not making a difference. Not keen to try deleting this and setting up again in case I have to pay an additional fee. Thanks for any advice.
There won’t be an additional fee - the bank feeds subscription you’ve already paid covers any number of feeds, it’s not a fee per feed.
