Hi, I am trying to upload csv files from HSBC, however for some reason it does not work. This is the message received.
I tried to re upload some of the old cvs files which were already uploaded in the bank, just to see if it takes it, but it didn’t work either.

I have reported this to the dev team to see if anything has changed and what the layout for HSBC is - in the meantime if you select ‘other’ from the ‘select your bank’ you can manually map the columns and upload your statement that way
