Hi, I have got the current account feed working with Open Banking.
We also have a Euro and Deposit account which don’t sync.
I have tried 4 times to use the yoodle feed oprtion but it just times out.
Is this a known problem? Anything I can do?

That’s great that I can assume there are no known problems with foreign currency accounts at HSBC.
I can get to the point where I enter my password and then one-time code.
Then I get the
“Gathering Account Information” and circly thing.
Then after 2-3 minutes I get
“Error at HSBC Business
We’re sorry, there was a technical problem updating your account at HSBC Business. Please try again later. (Error 412)”
Could the fact the current account is using Open Banking be anything to do with it?
Hi @ukprop,
The fact you have an open banking feed shouldn’t have any affect on whether the yodlee feed will/will not work.
That error appears to be coming from the bank so if you are still getting the same error today then I can raise the issue with Yodlee I will just need to get a few more details from you.
