Over the last few weeks the HSBC Bank feed has stopped downloading credit card transactions. I have had to manually download a CSV. The current account and savings account seems fine.
Can you take a look?

We are seeing an issue with the feed being provided by HSBC on their side.
We have queried this with them and are waiting to hear back.
It may also be beneficial if you could contact them directly to report the issue.
