HSBC not syncing

Hi, my bank hasn’t refreshed/synced since 22 June. It says the link to the bank is “OK”. Where else can I look to find out why things aren’t uploading?

I believe I have located your account it appears that we’re not receiving any data from the link. The best thing to do is to ‘reset’ the link with HSBC so remove/revoke the feed and then re-add it. Hopefully this will resolve the connection issue.

You should then be able to refresh back to 22nd June to pull in any missing data. If you have any problems with this let us know and we can refresh from our side.
