HSBC Yodel Bank Feed

On my Yodel bank feed I have a bank account and number of credit cards attached.
Previously I had 1 user updating the bank feeds, but now I’ve got two.
What used to happen is that I could ‘refresh’ my main bank feed and it would update the transactions in this bank account. I’d then have to wait 20 mins a time and update each of my credit cards individually, which was a pain but not the end of the world.
Now what’s happening is when I go to ‘refresh’ the main bank account feed, it also refreshes and brings through the transactions from the last credit card in the list…! It then won’t let me go into my credit cards to refresh them, stating that there has been a problem connecting to Yodel etc.
Please could you recommend what to try to fix this or is this a recent bug with Yodel?

There was a change made to Yodlee a few weeks back which synced all accounts on the same login. This was following feedback from our users regarding the “wait 20 mins” messages.

I’m not sure I follow here I’m sorry. Is the last credit card connected with your account currently?

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.

This improved functionality would be great if i could get it it to work. I have 1 main bank account and 4 credit cards. What it does when I go to refresh the transactions is to bring through the transactions for my main bank account (top of the list of bank accounts) then skips the first 3 credit cards and updates the transactions on the bottom credit card.

If I then try go back into one of the credit cards it’s missed, it gives me the yodel isn’t available error message.

Is this a bug or am I doing something incorrect?

It should update all of them providing they’re using the same login details for online banking. Let me send you a private message to get a few more details, and we’ll take a look at this for you.
