I am trying to do a phased profit on loss for 12 months

But it doesnt show me the 12 months which matches my financial year it seems to spit between different calander years

Which report are you using? You should be able to set your own date range

Profit and loss . When I honk to report it then phases over two different screens . I’m looking for the profit abs loss month by month

I’m not sure what you mean when you say it phases over two different screens.

at the top of the report there is an option to select a specific date range:

So you can set that range for whatever you want or you can use the Preset Date Ranges?
