because the amount of the invoice is diferent of the payment I can not put the invoice as paid
If it’s a part payment or a larger payment covering more than one invoice then you need to use the “pay down multiple invoices” button. This isn’t just for multiple invoices, it works for any case where the payment amount doesn’t exactly match an invoice amount.
