I am trying to submit my first MTD periodic update to HMRC, but can’t find the MTD periodic update report option under the report menu. My account is linked to HMRC, I can see that in my workflow the first update is due, and I am subscribed as a power user, but I just can’t see how to send the report. Any advice would be much appreciated.

I checked your account and under your MTD Settings it the business was set to “No electronic filing”, I have now corrected this and the workflow loads.
Can you please take another look
Hello I am having exactly the same issue. I cannot find the MTD periodic update report option under the all reports menu. Please could you look at my account?
And additionally, when I tried to log onto this support forum, QF would not recognise my account email or password so I had to access this forum using my gmail login. Could you look into this?

Under Reports > Self Assessment
I check off the options in the account
Connect your HMRC Account if you see " No MTD Enrolled Businesses Found" check the MTD Settings
@chris_m had an issue where in MTD Settings (see the third option in the screenshot above) No electronic filing was selected in the HMRC Account option

The letters MTD do not appear anywhere in my dropdown menus.
Only the words Self Assessment - when I click on that it tells me I have a report due.
If I click on the HMRC Connections tab it says I am connected. However there is no “Status” info. I believe this needs to say either Good or Failed. How do I get it to say Good?
I have tried logging in in incognito mode and disconnecting HMRC and then logging into HMRC and authoring Quickfile and then reconnecting. However status still does not say Good or Failed. Am now at a loss!
How do I find this “no electronic filing” drop down menu if I cannot find a MTD Self Assessment setting tab.
