I deleted a purchase how can i reuse it or bring it back?

On your list of purchase click to show all deleted items:

Now select the deleted item, click the more options menu and then restore selected:

i did that and nothing is there

The code i’m looking for is QF17…

I had a look at your account and there is no QF17, there never was. That’s because the credit note CN00001 took it’s place. When you issue a credit note it reserves what would have been the next QF number, next time you create a purchase it will take the number after.
