Starling Bank works in a slightly different way to the other feeds, in that transactions will come in real-time once they clear.

The important part here is the clearing part. With transfers, this is usually instant or within a few seconds. However, card transactions can take a few days to clear. You should be able to see the status of the transaction in the Starling app itself.
