Impersonate Client Displaying Wrong Name (Client Area)

Hello There

I’ve just noticed that my company’s old name is appearing on the Client Control Panel for my clients -
Field Fleet Services Ltd and it should be Field Fleet Group Ltd

How do I change this please?

It looks like other people had the same problem (see link below) and that the problem is caused in the background. QFMathew or QFBeth may have a look and can help you.

Would you mind retrying now? I’ve made a manual fix for you.

You can upload a logo (In Account Settings >> Design Customisation >> Client Area Customisation) to replace your company name in the header, but it seems right now that’s the only way to address this problem, as the screen above insists on uploading a logo. We’ll definitely look into that.
