Impersonate Client - Statements

When I use Impersonate Client the option menu on the left to be able to select “Statement” has disappeared.

Are all the other options still showing ok? Have you only noticed this with one client or are there a few you’ve experienced this with?

Nothing was showing at all. My daughter contacted me with the problem in her husband’s accounts. I logged into my account and it was the same.
I have just re-logged in (23.00hrs Saturday) and the menu now appears!!!
Don’t know if you guys have fixed anything but seriously, we didn’t imagine it.

PROBLEM Solved. All down to Screen View resolution. I have quite an old SMALL screen. I changed the view to 75% and there was the Side Menu!!
