Import of trial balance from another platform

Hi, I started using quickfile from 1 Jan 2019.
I have a trial balance sheet for the year 2018 from another platform.
I imported the trial balance with effective date end of Dec 2018

However I found that the figures are a bit messed up and also when i check the TB report for
year 2018, it shows nothing there, but when i checked 2019 trial balance, i can see figures at opening balance?

Can the support team look into it for me? I need to get everything correct for the opening balance.

Hi @marvin,

When you import a TB this will essentially create opening balances for you. I’m a bit confused what you believe is wrong?

What are you expecting to see?
