Hi, I am new to quickfile and have also got a client who is new to quickfile (my reccomendation).
I don’t seem to be able to upload a csv bank statement. The error message that comes up says your statement doesn’t appear to have a debit/credit column. On the csv statement it says money in and money out. Does quickfile not recognise this?
How can I fix this to be able to import my clients statements?
Santander have a few different formats from what I can remember, you could try exporting as a text file instead. I’ve never had any issue with Santander, it’s probably best I send you a private message so you can reply with a copy of the CSV. I can then look at this in more detail.
