Importing Lloyds bank statement into Quickfile

Being new to Quickfile, I am trying to import the first monthly statement from my Lloyds business account into Quickfile. Quickfile displays" We are currently unable to support Lloyds CSV files, please import a QIF file instead. Lloyds are issuing two different CSV formats now and we are unable to support both."

How do I get a QIF file as Lloyds can only download PDF or CSV files?

You can still use a CSV but you will have to map the columns by hand rather than using a predefined “Lloyds” format.

Ian, does it give me the option to map the columns before I upload?

If you select “other” from the “please select your bank” dropdown, then upload the CSV, then it should let you set the mapping.
