Importing Sales VAT

Can anyone let me know what what we need to put as VAT rate when importing sales invoices.
So do we insert 20% , 0% in VAT rate or do we insert 0.2, 0.0 or do we insert VAT values?

Says VAT rate, which is usually referring to the percentage.
