One of my clients is trying to import their Santander statement into QF. They can only download their statement from online banking as a PDF. And can only upload to QF as a txt file or qif file.
How can i put this statement into QuickFile easily?

From what I recall, the options to download in csv format etc appear on both personal and business accounts, unless they are with another bank that Santander took over (such as Alliance & Leicester).
If you could also give a few more details such as their bank (which may be Santander, but originally another name), then there are other users on the forums using Santander who may be able to help a bit more than what I can
