I am trying to import numbers CSV file from sortly app (stock control app) to quickfile.
This is for purchases and sales.
Quick file will not accept US MM/DD/YYYY
I’ve tried various methods from setting my mac pro location preference to custom format date changes in numbers without success.
Also company settings in quickfile again without success.
Any suggestions?

QuickFile doesn’t support the US date format I’m afraid.
But as it’s a CSV file, you should be able to open it in software such as Excel and change the date format to a UK one. This should then work fine.
