Suggesting a simple uncontroversial change to help to remind users how to send reminders for invoice payments. Current link has image of Blue envelope and states:
‘Send invoice by email’.
I am suggesting you simply change that to:
‘Send invoice or reminder by email’
Thankfully I don’t have to send too many reminders, but every time I do I forget where the function is… and the existing link text gives you no clue. Even a search of the help sections didn’t make it clear and it’s only when I remembered it was within the send invoice section.
