We’ve been busy expanding our range of charts in QuickFile to help visualise long term income/expenditure trends. This week we’ve added two new chart options.
##Invoiced vs Received
The first option can be found on the dashboard and allows you to pop open the sales and purchase charts showing invoiced totals set against funds received over a full 12 months.
The same option exists when drilling down to a specific client or supplier record. This chart can be formatted as a bar chart or an area line chart.
##Bank Balance Trends
We’ve also introduced a new chart in the bank statement view, this will show the bank balance trend over a full 12 months along with the money in and money out movements.
On this particular chart you can switch each series on or off by clicking the labels on the right hand side.
